Opulence Travel Express is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline or cruise line and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any airline or cruise line. We act as an intermediary that helps you search for, book and manage travel arrangements provided by third-party travel suppliers.
2. Our role
When you book through us, your travel contract for the flight, cruise or other service is between you and the relevant supplier (the airline, cruise line or other provider). We arrange these services on your behalf but do not operate them. Suppliers have their own terms, conditions and fare rules, which apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
3. Prices, fares and availability
All prices, fares, cabins, seats and availability are subject to change and are only confirmed at the time of booking. Quotes provided by phone are estimates until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Any applicable service or agency fee will be disclosed to you before you confirm.
4. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received and the supplier issues a confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including names exactly as they appear on valid identification. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect details supplied to us.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules, fees and fare differences imposed by the relevant airline, cruise line or supplier. We will assist you and disclose any applicable charges before processing a request. Please also review our Refund Policy.
6. Travel documents and requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas and any health requirements for your destination. We can provide general guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opulence Travel Express is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations or failures of any third-party supplier, nor for any loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service fee paid to us.

All airline, cruise line and other brand names, trademarks and logos referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
